       The clinic has a surgical department operating around the clock and routine operations for abdominal and vascular pathology of high complexity have been introduced into daily practice - laparoscopic appendectomy, herniation with allogernoplasty, angiosurgical operations: phlebectomy, Troyanov operation, artery replacement, endoarterectomy.

       In the near future, operations using laser technologies in phlebology, proctology and otolaryngology will be introduced into the complex of interventions.

       In the department of urogynecology, diagnosis and treatment of patients with diseases of the genitourinary system are carried out, as well as gynecological operations are performed: extirpation and amputation of the uterus, plastic surgery, laparoscopic cystectomy, laparoscopic DCS, urological operations: nephrectomy, adenomectomy, epicystostomy, varicocele, etc.

       In the cardiology department, diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular pathology are carried out, with all research methods carried out in accordance with the standards of diagnosis and treatment. For the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, the method of enhanced counterpulsation is used.

       The neurological department provides diagnosis and treatment of patients with disorders of the peripheral and central nervous systems. Neurophysiological studies include: electroencephalography, MSCT of the brain and musculoskeletal system, Doppler of brachycephalic arteries. The department provides primary and secondary prevention of acute cerebral circulatory disorders, early and late rehabilitation of stroke patients with the use of physical therapy and the use of MOTO-MED simulators.

      The therapeutic department provides diagnostics and treatment of patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal, pulmonary, and endocrine systems, using ultrasound, X-ray, and MSCT research methods.

      The following examination methods are carried out in the clinical diagnostic department:

  • endoscopic research methods (video oesophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonofibroscopy, bronchofibroscopy, retrograde pancreatocholangiography, diathermocoagulation of ulcers and polyps, targeted biopsy, sclerotherapy of varicose veins of the esophagus).
  • functional diagnostics room (electrocardiography, rhythmogram, bicycle ergometry, Holter ECG monitoring, daily blood pressure monitoring, FVD)
  • ultrasound research methods (ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, pelvis and thyroid gland, echocardiography, Doppler studies of the heart and blood vessels)
  • X-ray research methods (X-ray of the respiratory system, bone system, X-ray studies with contrast)
  • multislice computed tomography of all organs and systems (native and using contrast)
  • In the department of physiotherapy, such procedures are performed as: high-frequency currents: UHF, microwave, ultrasound; low-frequency: electrophoresis, interference currents, SMT, amplipulse; magnetic therapy, magnetolaser; laser therapy.
